General Characteristics

Soft Stone Wall Panels are a new generation of flexible decorative surfaces, designed to replicate natural materials such as stone, concrete, fabric, and leather.
 They are manufactured from a composite mineral-polymer material (Soft Stone Composite) with UV Printing (for interior applications) or Inorganic Printing (for exterior applications).
 They offer realistic texture, low weight, high flexibility, and long-term durability.

They are suitable for wall applications in both interior and exterior spaces, including hotels, commercial buildings, exhibition areas, lobbies, residential projects, and high-end design environments.

Material Structure

    • Surface Coating Layer: Protective UV or inorganic coating layer, resistant to wear, radiation, and moisture
    • Printed Texture Layer: High-definition printing using UV or Inorganic Printing technology, accurately replicating natural textures.
    • Soft Stone Composite Base: Lightweight, flexible multi-layer substrate with structural stability and high mechanical strength.
    • Installation Method: Installation using structural silicone adhesive (not self-adhesive), ensuring strong bonding and long-term durability.

Material Composition

  • Organic resin (Polymer Resin)
  • Inorganic fillers (Calcium Carbonate – CaCO₃)
  • Fiberglass and UV stabilizers
  • Surface protection with film or durable coating

This structure ensures high strength, dimensional stability, and long service life.
