GENERAL FEATURES

PU Stone Panels are decorative wall panels made of high-density polyurethane (High-Density PU), designed to faithfully reproduce the texture of natural stone or wood.
They are lightweight, weather-resistant, waterproof, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Their surface is UV-treated and mold-resistant, while they offer excellent thermal and sound insulation.

Available surface types:

  • PU Crushed Stone – Cubic stone
  • PU Moire Stone – Irregularly shaped stone
  • PU Fortress Stone – Castle stone
  • PU Cobblestone – River pebble type
  • PU Mushroom Stone – Rough-textured stone (5 cm thick)
  • PU Castle Stone – Smooth wall stone in multiple shades
  • PU Flowing Stone – Striped modern surface
  • PU Sea Rot Wood – Imitation of aged wood

PRODUCT FEATURES

Types of surface paint:

  • Oil-Based Paint: uses organic solvents, offers high resistance to UV, moisture, and mechanical wear. Ideal for outdoor use or intense exposure to sun and rain.
  • Water-Based Paint: more environmentally friendly composition, with a natural matte or satin finish, low odor, and easy to clean. Ideal for interiors, hotels, lobbies, and residences.

MATERIAL COMPOSITION

  • 100% High-Density Polyurethane (High-Density PU)
  • High-strength coating with UV and antioxidant protection
  • Surface finish Oil-based or Water-based paint, depending on the model

The material offers thermal stability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

INSTALLATION

The installation of PU Stone Panels is simple and quick, without the need for special tools.

Method 1:

  1. Dimension measurement
  2. Surface alignment
  3. Fastening with lock screws

Method 2:

  1. Measurement and alignment
  2. Application of structural adhesive
  3. Fastening with an air nail gun
  4. PALLET INFORMATION

Indicative:
