WPC Fencing System are outdoor fence panels made from Wood Plastic Composite (WPC), combining wood powder with a high-strength polymer. They deliver the aesthetic appeal of natural wood while offering multiple times the lifespan, without any maintenance requirements. They are suitable for residential and commercial applications, including hotels, private properties, yards, and high-demand perimeter fencing.

They are available in two types:
1st Generation (Standard Type) : polished surface, high value-for-money, ideal for typical installations.
2nd Generation (Premium Reinforced WPC Decking) : surface with a protective PE coating and wood-grain texture, offering superior resistance to UV exposure, stains, scratches, and moisture.

The first generation is the budget-friendly option; the second generation is the superior and more durable choice.

Construction Recommendation

1st Generation
≈ 60% Wood Powder
≈ 30% Polyethylene (PE)
≈ 10% Additives – UV stabilizers, antioxidants

2nd Generation (Co-extrusion)
Basic WPC core + outer protective PE layer with wood-grain texture
Advantages: enhanced resistance to UV, stains, colour fading, moisture, and scratches.

Installation

  • The panels are installed on aluminium or WPC posts, using specialised clips (Interval Buckles – Narrow & Wide), L-Clips, and Post Caps.
  • There are three basic configurations:
    Fully Enclosed – Semi Spaced – Fully Spaced.
  • Installation is fast, screw-free in appearance, and offers high structural stability.
  • Preferred by contractors, hotel owners, and homeowners for its clean finish and low maintenance requirements.
